Drawing from old German book dated 1877. This description below drawing is in old print, and it is: Die historische Tabaksmühle (Schlacht bei Leipzig).
Btw- if someone is from Leipzig, is this mill still there?

well i haven't opened the latest link yet but if it still exists it must be located in Markkleeberg, 7km south of the center of Leipzig...I'll go and check by myself and tell you
